Description

Built for childen aged 6-12 who have

never been on a competitive swim team!

Swimmers will be introduced to the sport of competitive swimming

and begin preparing for entry into the Bronze Group of our

USA Swimming Competitive Club Team.

**There are specific registration groups for ages 6-9 and ages 10-12, so please register for the appropriate program**

Pre-Requisite Skills

Swimmers must be comfortable in the water and able to

perform a 25 Freestyle (Front crawl)

$399 + $35 USA Swimming Flex Membership (Insurance)

Gear Requirement: Training Suit and Googles (all training gear will be provided)

Attendance Requirement: 2-4 Days/Week (100% Attendance Strongly Encouraged)

Meet Requirements: Team Inter-squad meets (No USA Swimming Meets Required)

Group Focus: Developing and perfecting the competitive swimming basics including:

• Proper Circle Swimming
• Lane etiquette
• Gear familiarization / Pace Clock Introduction
• Push offs / Underwater Streamlining
• Four Stroke Fundamentals - Core focus perfection of Free/Back & Development of Breast/Fly
• Kicking and Length/ Core Strength Focus
• Starts and Turns
